In title: Fastest way to shutdown your PC

Step 1:-

Goto Desktop then Right click > new > shortcut

Step 2:-

After this you see a window popup on them you see a text box Just paste below code on them
%windir%\system32\shutdown.exe -s -t 0

Step 3:-

After that hit Enter then you see option of add name of that shortcut after that again hit enter

Step 4:-

After this when uh want to shut down your PC just double click on that shortcut.
