Step 1:-
First Visit https://www.facebook.com/pages/mergeStep 2:-
After that Select two pages which you want to merge, and then click on Continue
Step 3:-
After that click on Request mergeAfter that work is complete
Hence, now you will end up with a single Facebook page with combined likes as well as check ins.
